Members of the NZ Climate Action Network will be at the lockup tomorrow for the release of the Climate Change Commission's final report.

We will hold a quick standup outside the Legislative Chamber just after 1200 midday when the embargo lifts, to give a quick overview to media of our take on the report and take questions.

Each organisation will send a more nuanced and detailed response by press release as the day unfolds, but we thought it would be useful for media to get a first impression from NGOs.

Our team will include Oxfam, Greenpeace, Te Ara Whatu, Forest & Bird, Ora Taiao, 350.org and Generation Zero, and will cover most of the main aspects of the report, from the NDC (2030 target recommendation), carbon budgets, agriculture, equity, health, process heat (coal), and transport.

The NGO team will all be sitting together in the lockup.

Please bring this advisory to the attention of relevant people at your media outlet who will be covering the lockup.
